We knew the only Toyota dealership to visit was Smithtown Toyota. We dealt with Lou Bilous and Aman Singh and both were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were honest and worked hard to make the deal right for us. The entire transaction was handled very smoothly, and we picked up our new Prius last night without any issues. Everything was handled beautifully from beginning to end, and we felt we were in extremely good hands. Can't say enough positive things about Lou, Aman and the team at Smithtown Toyota! Sean was exceptional and really understood our needs while maintaining a transparency not experienced from other dealings with competitors or other sales people. We've always been skeptical of the car salesman stereotype, but Sean gave us peace of mind about our decision. Mitch Sirota, Business Manager was another exceptional professional that April and I appreciated. He was extremely pleasant and thorough. It was just a great experience all around.
