It really does matter where you buy your car. I am glad that I bought mine at Smythe Volvo. I found Smythe Volvo after striking out at two other dealers. I gave the first dealer a certifie I am glad that I bought mine at Smythe Volvo. I found Smythe Volvo after striking out at two other dealers. I gave the first dealer a certified check for my car. During the walk through, I realized it didn't have an important feature that I had asked for and paid for. Fortunately, I was able to get the check back. The second dealer told me that I had t o wait 4-6 months for the car that I wanted. When I contacted Kyle Jackson at Smythe, he worked with me via phone calls and texts and got me the exact car that I wanted. Three weeks later, I picked up my new car. It was exactly what I wanted and it could not have been easier. Alex patiently explained every detail of the car to me and Santiago suggested the best maintenance options for me. Buying my car from Smythe Volvo was an enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to going back to the Smythe to pick up my license plates.
