We wanted a very specific car color and an interior color that was found with a Hartford Connecticut dealer. Alon was able to negotiate with the owner of that dealership to release the car to Smythe. Then I found the exact car I wanted and returned. He was hands on, responsive, beyond knowledgable and a total pro.
