Smythe Volvo has the absolute best sales and service departments, heads above the rest! I recently had a problem with warning lights for the auto-hold and parking brake on my '21 Volvo XC90. I took th departments, heads above the rest! I recently had a problem with warning lights for the auto-hold and parking brake on my '21 Volvo XC90. I took the car into Smythe Volvo. Dina (Service Department) and Charles (mechanic) took great care of the repair. The center console was removed and new switches were put in. I had earlier taken the car into a Volvo dealer near me, as I had done with a 2018 XC90. Both times they failed to fix the problem. Smythe is awesome!!! Their prices are great and there's nothing that they cannot fix! More

Bob did a great job of keeping us informed and coordinating our purchase. Bob was thorough when we ordered the car and kept us up to date on its delivery. Dina provided unbelievable customer service. I drive from Holmdel to Summit when I could easily get service near by at another dealership. From the moment we walked into Smythe Volvo we knew it was the right decision. Leasing was a pleasant experience and Bob Cerza was amazingly knowledgeable ,honest-and transparent.
