I visited Smythe Volvo today to look at a possible new lease for my next car. I do not drive a Volvo today but like the look of the small SUV. He introduced me to Tom, the Sales Manager, as I was leaving and again, Tom made me feel welcome and valued. To contrast, I visited another dealer that same day (not Volvo) and the experience was horrendous. When I compare the 2 experiences today, it was like day and night and Smythe Volvo was the winner! I feel so strongly about how pleasant and impressive my experience was today with Alon and Tom I am happy to write this review. Thanks to Smythe for being what the client wants and needs. My family has been bringing their cars to Smythe Volvo for as long as I can remember, and for great reason! Their service facility is hands down the BEST service facility I've ever been to at any dealersh for as long as I can remember, and for great reason! Their service facility is hands down the BEST service facility I've ever been to at any dealership. I brought in my XC90 R-Design for the Polestar Engineered software upgrade, and was blown away by the level of professionalism and hospitality provided by the service team. My service advisor Doug MacAdam was no short of awesome from the beginning -- he was able to work with my availability as I was going to wait for the car and was extremely knowledgeable of the Polestar software upgrade. While I was waiting, I was browsing the showroom & asked Kyle Jackson in Sales a question about how to configure the center gauge cluster display in my XC90 -- he was so kind and got right up, took me to an XC90 on the floor and showed me exactly how to configure the center display as well as change the cluster display theme. I was blown away by both his kindness in taking the time to show me how to configure the display, and how simple it was to do. I could not be more appreciative of the folks at Smythe Volvo for making my day -- the Polestar upgrade completely exceeded my expectations and am beyond thrilled with the result. Recently purchased a 2010 XC90. Very attentive and customer oriented. There was some delay in processing the financing but the dealer was in constant communication the entire time. My second lease with Smythe! It is because of the Smythe Team and especially Ashley, that I choose to use this dealership rather than a dealership closer in Brooklyn. When my first lease was coming to an en Team and especially Ashley, that I choose to use this dealership rather than a dealership closer in Brooklyn. When my first lease was coming to an end, I called Ashley to request another XC90 Blue with Maroon/Brown Interior. She was able to locate a vehicle and after a few weeks and I was able to drop off the old and pick up the new. I was in and out because everything had already been prepared where I just needed to sign and go. I will continue to use this location for my maintenance needs because they value great customer service and it is hard to find a team that share the same standard. More
