This was my first time leasing a car and after hearing so many bad stories from different people about their experiences at dealerships, I didn't know what to expect from Smythe. I especially want to thank Bob Cerza for taking the time to go over every single detail, answering every single question I had and for being so transparent. And a big shout out to Tom that, even though there was a a big deal of people picking up the car behind me, he was extremely patient and explained every single one of the car's features in detail.
