My wife and I went to Smythe Volvo only to have a look, but wound up buying because this dealership is beyond professional. The employees are polite and make you feel comfortable. Our salesman, William Mclaughlin, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. He was able to get us the car that we wanted (2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd) at the price we wanted, there was no pressure or haggling, just a fair and honest discussion. The car was serviced before delivery and looks and drives like new. When the car was ready for delivery, we were even given a tech, Derick Pahor who fully familiarized us on all the features and made sure that we were comfortable with the car before driving home. I would like to thank William, Derick and Smythe Volvo for making our car buying experience a pleasant one and would highly recommend them. More
