We think the team there, particularly our salesperson Deborah Amster, went above and beyond with all aspects of our transaction. During these COVID days, we felt extremely comfortable in the showroom with all employees taking precautions and masks and gloves being available. Deborah's knowledge of the S60, for which we were shopping, was extremely helpful and assisted us in deciding between multiple vehicles. We never felt overwhelmed or like we were being steered in a particular direction and Deborah was happy to answer all of our (numerous) questions. The sales documents and financing process were also a breeze with everyone eager to assist and everything made as straightforward as possible. All in all, we were so glad to have made the trip from NYC and we would highly recommend Smythe Volvo and Deborah to friends and family. More
