He took care of a slight scheduling glitch with the loaner, answered questions about my warranty and the loaner, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Really a pleasant experience all around. Smythe Volvo certainly cares its clients and arranged its staff to pick up the car from my home and sent it back after the service was completed. The staff worn face masks all the time and talked to me in the distance, In the car, both the steering wheel and gear stick were covered with plastic bag. Great work and customer service. Blew the heater core on my V70 driving home from Vermont and got stuck in an unfamiliar area.
