Jack was very helpful and professional. South Bay Hyundai gave me a car to use when they realized the time that it would take to get the parts a rebuild the engine. The dealership is clean and offer snacks while waiting. When scheduling an appointment it would be nice to not have to wait 2 or more hours for just an oil change though. Service was scheduled over the phone. Staff was very helpful. When I got to the dealership, check in was smooth.
