Just ok. I went In for a scheduled oil change and it somehow took over 3+ hours. They didn’t update me or keep me informed. Was not able to fix recall issue on first visit. Made second appointment. Upon arrival second time, service department indicated they were busy, so I would need to leave vehicle for 4-5 hours.
