Jack is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that pisses me was that the setting for my car door was changed. Before whenever I put my car on park, all four doors remained locked. The only thing that pisses me was that the setting for my car door was changed. Before whenever I put my car on park, all four doors remained locked. Now when I got my car and I park the car it automatically unlocked all four doors which is very dangerous for me since I do not get off right away. What if someone opened the door without my knowledge. It's a BIG No No. I called Hyundai and somehow I was able to change it back to my preference. More

Supposedly Hyundai took too long to provide the nescessary parts to conduct and complete 3 to 4 Recalls on my car, which could have directly resulted in my having to have the transmission replaced nescessary parts to conduct and complete 3 to 4 Recalls on my car, which could have directly resulted in my having to have the transmission replaced at my expense and the car still has not reached 100k miles. After the repairs were completed I am beginning to see a better fuel economy but still not what was originally advertised and one of the reasons why I haven't driven it that much. Originally I bought this, my third Hyndai because I had good things from the prior two Excels I had. I had also driven other models on trips and they provided the mileage of 44MPG as advertised, I trusted the brand when I bought this model, only to find out that this one did not. However I did like the look of the car and I stayed with it driving long distances sporadically since I was only getting about 22 MPG or less before this final repair. Yes I got stipend cards from the company, but that was only for about $50 per card and there weren't that many, maybe 3 or 4. I am beginning to see an increase on mileage right now, but haven't really checked to see if it has in fact improved. I have not had a reason to refill the thank since it was repaired with the update, so I'm not quite sure if it will ever be the advertized 44 MPG's but it is getting closer to 30, maybe more. Next full tank will be the judge. I love the sleek ness of my cars shape and people still wonder what it is. I keep it spotless and since it's red, it gathers a lot of looks from old and young alike who wander what kind of car it is. If they ask me about it, I answer truthfully about it as well and the reputation of the company. It took a long time to come up with a fix about, but I still love my Veloster and drive it everyday for the few miles that that it takes to do what I need to do everyday. More
