Was very confusing about whether or not to say in the car to wait for service provider. I got out of my car to ask and was very rudely told to get back in my car and there were a lot of people in front of m to wait for service provider. I got out of my car to ask and was very rudely told to get back in my car and there were a lot of people in front of me. I noted that I had an appointment to which she replied "everyone does. We're appointment only." My appointment was at 11am and I was not helped until approximately 1130am. The gentlemen who ended up helping me was incredibly nice and he was able to get my car back to me when it was promised. The wi-fi did not work in the waiting area so I had to go to the Starbucks down the street. More

I had the worst experience ever! ! I would give them zero stars if possible. Scheduled my car for recall service, which was supposed to take one hour. When I showed up at the appoi ! When I showed up at the appointed time, I had to wait 10 minutes to see a service representative. I was informed the part was not in stock, and the repair would take seven hours!! Additionally, there was a sign on the restroom door directly behind the service desk that indicated the restrooms were not in service. Could any dealership have less respect for its customers? I would never spend another dime of my money at this place. More
