There was an issue with the vehicles Bluetooth system, and he replaced the whole unit free of charge. New tires, new brakes, everything was 100%. I live in Rhode Island and took it for a state inspection and it passed with flying colors.I have nothing but good things to say about South Easton motor sales. I will definitely be back to buy another car when my daughter starts driving. More

The initial buying experience was very smooth, nothing less, nothing more than one would expect. The dealership really put themselves ahead of the pack when it came to follow through on the warranty for less, nothing more than one would expect. The dealership really put themselves ahead of the pack when it came to follow through on the warranty for needed subsequent needed service repairs. The brakes began making noise right on the cusp of when the warranty was to expire, and although the warranty window of time had technically closed, the dealership made the necessary repairs not one, but twice! They first replaced a front brake pad AT NO COST. But due to a miscommunications, it became apparent a rear brake pad needed to also be replaced, and they did this one as well, again AT NO COST. Kuddos to Derek for taking ownership of the situation, and exceeding our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend South Easton Motor Sales!!! More
