I would have to say that this is the best car dealership that I have ever used. This was the second time that I have used them to purchase a vehicle. While shopping with them it is a very low pressure situa that I have ever used. This was the second time that I have used them to purchase a vehicle. Since I bought my first vehicle with them, my family had purchased two other vehicles from them. The initial buying experience was very smooth, nothing less, nothing more than one would expect. The dealership really put themselves ahead of the pack when it came to follow through on the warranty for less, nothing more than one would expect. The dealership really put themselves ahead of the pack when it came to follow through on the warranty for needed subsequent needed service repairs. The brakes began making noise right on the cusp of when the warranty was to expire, and although the warranty window of time had technically closed, the dealership made the necessary repairs not one, but twice! They first replaced a front brake pad AT NO COST. But due to a miscommunications, it became apparent a rear brake pad needed to also be replaced, and they did this one as well, again AT NO COST. Kuddos to Derek for taking ownership of the situation, and exceeding our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend South Easton Motor Sales!!! More
