I went to South Oak not really expecting to buy a car but get a general idea of what I could qualify for and what were my options. I indeed needed a new car but believed I would have to buy used and with a l get a general idea of what I could qualify for and what were my options. Immediately upon entering the dealership I encountered Olga at the door and I have to say her enegery was great and positive. She asked how she could help and I explained to her that I was interested in trading in my car.From there Olga went to work assisting me. With running the credit report and viewing my annual income I just knew I would here bad news. I was pleased when Olga asked me what I wanted after she showed me a few cars within the budget I gave her but was not to my liking. Of course I wanted as new as possilbe with little miles because I do a lot of driving. This is when Olga and Lisa went to work helping me the best way possible. When I say these ladies went to work, I actually mean they went to work to help me. With there help I was able to purchase a 2013 Dodge Avenger and an Avenger is what I really wanted. I was amazed at how things turned out. Both Olga and Lisa was extremely friendly. My time there was not extensive and Olga made certain I was taken care of. I felt Olga and Lisa put in the extra work to get me what I wanted from them. This is my second purchase from South Oak and I have to say this second experience left me just in good spirits. I felt good about my purchase mainly because I was provided with options and not pressured to make a purchase or select a car I did not want.I was showed a white car and asked if they had another color. Olga went searching and came back with the prefect color for me. Great job Olga and Lisa. I will definetly make my third purchase there and will refer all families and friends to South Oak and particualary to Olga. She is a great saleswoman and Lisa will make that finance happen for a person. I am proof of that. More

My entire experience was A1 at South Oak. I initially went with a cousin to purchase a vehicle on Friday, didn't really have any intention on buying a new vehicle this soon, however it was in my near fut went with a cousin to purchase a vehicle on Friday, didn't really have any intention on buying a new vehicle this soon, however it was in my near future plans. Everyone there was so nice and friendly when they greet you. I was looking around while I was waiting, then I saw a nice SUV outside that really caught my eye. I went home that Friday and thought about that truck all night, got up Saturday morning and went back up there and Leo answered my every question, and was very knowledgable and explained everything about the vehicle, took time to work with me and my budget, I traded my Trailblazer and he got me in a new Durango. He was wonderful and made sure that I was 100% satisfied and that I got just what I wanted. I would recommend anyone to go there. And I might add I checked out the reviews at the dealership before I went and was amazed at all of the good reviews overall. Not to many dealerships have that, so ((GREAT))job to Leo and the crew.
