I am really pleased with the service at SouthOak Dodge. Robert Booth is the main reason why I got my new Chrysler 200. I wanted the Challenger but my income was not up to par. I found the car I wanted online and called in to make sure it was still on the lot. Kendall not only checked to make sure that it was, but he also pulled it up front and had it waiting for me when I arr sure it was still on the lot. If it wasn't for my sales people Robert Booth and Shannon Guest, I would have rated my experience as a terrible one. I did not get greeted one time on my visits to the dealership. Jim sold me my first car, a 2005 Dodge Neon. Jim has always been friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He explains things well and is always listening. She then introduced me to Kendall who would be my sales represntative. He was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. He was very professional and not high pressure.
