This is the 5th and 6th vehicle (purchased 2 today) consecutively purchased from South Oak. I am very pleased with the service I received from all 3 person's listed above. I started the process of buying my new Charger on the internet. It seemed too easy. The information from the dealership was accurate and timely. I thought for sure they were hiding something. That's internet. It seemed too easy. The information from the dealership was accurate and timely. I thought for sure they were hiding something. That's just the way car dealers operate, right? Not so. When I showed up on the lot unannounced, the treatment was straight forward and respectful. Had a great conversation with the Sales Consultant with no pressure whatsoever. All the information exchanged through emails was confirmed and the only item remaining was taking care of the paperwork. Which, by the way, went as smooth as the rest of the deal. I am 51 years old and have purchased numerous new vehicles. This experience with South Oak Dodge has been the best EVER. I will make sure that the next vehicle is one that South Oak sells, just because I want to deal with the staff rather than take a chance with another dealer. More
