Fantastic people to work with, no hassles, Shannon gave me an excellent price over the phone and ordered the truck I wanted without having to even go to the show room. Originally I wasn't planning on trad me an excellent price over the phone and ordered the truck I wanted without having to even go to the show room. Originally I wasn't planning on trading in my 2007 Charger RT, but did and was satisfied with the trade in allowance, it was a very fare price. Wish they were a Mercedes Dealer, as my wife is planning on getting a new car next year, her 2001 Mercedes has been a great car, Maybe South Oak will be a Benz Dealer by then! I was very impressed with our salesperson, Fred Cioffi. He was very patient with us and did not push us to spend more than what we needed. I had conducted a lot of competitive research prior to going to South Oak and they gave me a very good price. I recently decided to look into the purchase of a new 2012 Durango. After visiting the Dodge website, I decided to inquire about having one built to my specifications. Having purchased two previous Duran 2012 Durango. After visiting the Dodge website, I decided to inquire about having one built to my specifications. Having purchased two previous Durango's from South Oak Dodge,( a 2000, and a 2004), I sent my request to them online. I was quite surprised to receive a phone call from them almost, it seemed, as soon as I hit the submit button! I was put in touch with Cyndi Snow who set up the initial meeting the next day. Cyndi then put me in touch with Rene Levy to address what I was looking for. Rene had his work cut out for him, as the vehicle with the packages and options I was looking for was not in the dealers stock. He assured me that he would check with other dealers to see if he could find what I was looking for before I would have to order one. He found my vehicle almost 200 miles away, in Battle Creek Michigan, and after some further consultation on the final details with Ray Cioe, he arranged to have the vehicle delivered just two days after our initial meeting! As the old saying goes, three times a charm, and I have to say I am very pleased with the way South Oak Dodge handled this transaction!!!!! I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a Dodge vehicle to check them out!!! Bret M More

Jesus was very informative, extremely polite and very professional. I could not have asked for a more pleasant buying experience or felt more welcome. He took the time to make sure I understood every professional. I could not have asked for a more pleasant buying experience or felt more welcome. He took the time to make sure I understood every step of the sale as well as every option on the vehicle I purchased. I was given a tour of the facility (something no one has ever done for me before) and made to feel like more than “just another sale”. Jesus went out of his way to locate the vehicle I wanted and found the EXACT one down to every option, even the color. He even offered to come in to work early if it better suited my schedule in order to complete the sale. I have never had a more pleasurable experience buying a vehicle. Thanks! More
