Timely was a key point. I would like to comment on the service that I received. My car water pump went out I called service and I explained what happened the day of. I spoke with Matt Ganser from service he told me to get your car towed here then we will make sure nothing else wrong with your vehicle other then the water pump I comment stating the fact I need my car back soon as possible he said I will try my best to do so. Fast forwarding I brought my car in on Thursday morning and I got a call from Matt on Friday evening the next day stating your car is ready for pickup. WELL DONE..... More

Customer service deprived I believe jaime to be knowledgeable however he should not interface with the public. He is a whiny temperamental maladjusted man with no patience. Misled pricing Went back and forth with pricing on a Challenger and finally agreed on a price. I asked numerous times if the price was correct and he said yes. replaced wiper blade 2 times got 1 set.
