Sean Pope is an amazing salesman! After searching for a vehicle in the internet, I came across a vehicle I liked in South Oak . I contacted the dealer by phone and they gave me Sean. I After searching for a vehicle in the internet, I came across a vehicle I liked in South Oak . I contacted the dealer by phone and they gave me Sean. I told him that I am interested on a used vehicle posted in the website, if it was still available. he said yes and i asked if he can give me a price out the door. He called me back immediately with the pricing. Even though the dealer was 30 miles away from me, I decided to go and see the vehicle I wanted to purchase. What impressed me, was the great price they posted and the prompt response of Sean on the phone without giving any pressure to buy at all. Got to the dealer, inspected the vehicle and agreed on the price. During the closing, I did not realized that i forgot my checkbook, since i was going to pay cash. Sean helped me to work it out that day so I can still take home the vehicle and comeback after two days with my check. How awesome was that. Also when I got home and had the vehicle for two to three days. I noticed that some of the light bulbs were not working and one small rubber cover was missing. Called Sean and he had the service department ordered the parts so I can return the vehicle on a later date to have them replace. Where can you find a salesman like that. He most likely got his commission from the sales already but still went out of his way to make me a happy customer. Kudos to the dealer too for going extra miles in making their customers Happy and satisfied. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends. More
