Waste of time I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought t I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought they were finished, but they hadn’t started any work on my car. It took over 3 hours to confirm that the strut is leaking, but the part wasn’t in stock. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if it takes over 3 hours to confirm what I already told them and they didn’t have the part even though they knew that what I was coming in for. Their quote was also $400 more than my local mechanic. I won’t be back. More

The porters vehicle was luxury, clean, and very comfortable. The driver was super kind and professional. My vehicle was serviced in a very reasonable time. The text message service was also a plus and made communication very apparant and easier for me & the service tech.
