I was at first very thankful and satisfied with my experience however things changed quickly when I was robbed almost 200 dollars for an oil change I did not authorize and went in for my vehicle havin experience however things changed quickly when I was robbed almost 200 dollars for an oil change I did not authorize and went in for my vehicle having issues staying on while in drive. I went to the dealership 3 days prior for an oil change and they did it for something that has nothing to do with my car starting. On top of that I strongly believe their lying Due to the fact my oil life was at 99 percent at pick up when it's always been at 100 percent. Also the zip ties on my challenger were not mentioned like the previous time I got the oil change. Regardless how do you charge me almost 200 extras dollars when I did not ask for an oil change !!!!! I took my vehicle there for issues on it shutting off hoping to get an honest diagnosis. When I got the car back in a timely manner, I was notified when I got there that my oil had been changed. How the xxxx does that have anything to do with problems with it starting. On top of that I know Dodge lied about changing my oil because I was on 99 percent for oil life and also had zip ties unchanged under the car for my engine cover that were not cut. Long story short that is completely uncalled for. As a customer for over 7 years the dealer ship does some dirty *** like that. Should be ashamed to work with coward thieves. More
