The associate that helped me did not seem to know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked if I had the part that needed replacing when I arrived (when the dealership had called me a few days before to tell me that they had received the part that had been ordered)..when it was time for check out., I was told that a certain amount was due..but I had already set up a payment plan thru sunbit previously and it seems like that was not known either. (I guess that was finally confirmed before I left)There just seemed to be a lack of communication somewhere along the way. More

The dealership itself I wasn't too pleased when I bought my car I wasn't honored everything I was told I was going to get when I bought it as far as getting appointments everything is great and in repair s my car I wasn't honored everything I was told I was going to get when I bought it as far as getting appointments everything is great and in repair shop just everything so expensive for parts and labor how ever the workers and auto department are great.
