Not sure what is the point of an appointment. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. I did not get my vehicle back until after 3:00pm! Don’t know who’s arranging the appointments but it’s causing the staff to look bad.. I had a 8:45 appointment for an oil change and didn’t leave out until after 11:00. I set up an appointment over a month ago to have my Hyundai service done. They sent me reminders through text messages of the upcoming appointment. I appreciate that as we all know life happens and we Hyundai service done. They sent me reminders through text messages of the upcoming appointment. I appreciate that as we all know life happens and we all forget sometimes. Wasn't the case for me I didn't forget but it was still nice to get the reminders. Jeffrey was very helpful and polite. Dealership personal felt bad because they had been overbooked on that particular day. I was there for 4 hours for an oil change and inspection. Customers were upset.
