I asked to go see them "at the other lot" and suddenly they were unavailable. We ended up agreeing to 21500 for the 19750 vehicle. They kept saying that the lojack was a mandatory expense. I called many times to find out the status of my suv. I think his name was Aiden. I left many voice mails he never returned. I was told everything was good to go when I picked my car up. I was told it was fixed. I left the lot and had to call and turn around to get my radio exchanged even though I was told it was fixed. It wasn't fixed and I had to come back to the dealership and wait another hour for the replacement radio. To be fair,the car is running fine but the service i received was not satisfactory. More
