Sales staff was very curtious. . Buisness office was disappointing. They gave unrealistic trade values and chose to present only what ever source that would back it up even though K . Buisness office was disappointing. They gave unrealistic trade values and chose to present only what ever source that would back it up even though KBB and Edmunds were very different. After the trade they are now posting the vehicle for sale at KBB vslues.. I feel that the manager on duty at the time was dishonest and deceitful and not living up to the dealerships advertised ethics and values. More
