Did the best they could. Subaru had a part out of stock for over 2 months, which should NEVER happen, and the dealership could do nothing about it. This was my second experience with the service department. Both times it was over three hours waiting. An oil change, inspection and tire rotation with an appointment shouldn't take that long the department. Both times it was over three hours waiting. The second time was related to the battery draining issue that Subaru has settled a class action over. They never informed us of the problem and replaced the new battery which was purchased in December with a Subaru battery and charged a deductible of $49.50. They said that there was nothing they could do about it. Probably my last Subaru. More
