I ALREADY LEFT A REVIEW 2 DAYS AFTER SERVICE STATING THAT I HAD AN ISSUE THAT WAS ADDRESSED BUT *NOT FIXED* SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE OF CAR. I WAS NOT SURPRISED THHERE WASN'T ANY RESPONSE THEN SINCE I WAS REQU I HAD AN ISSUE THAT WAS ADDRESSED BUT *NOT FIXED* SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE OF CAR. I WAS NOT SURPRISED THHERE WASN'T ANY RESPONSE THEN SINCE I WAS REQUESTING IT BE FIXED. SINCE I DIDN'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR AFTER A NEW SET OF STRUTS WERE -SUPPOSEDLY INSTALLED- AND IT DID NOT WORK, MIKE SAID IT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH SUNROOF. OKAY FINE, LET'S FIX IT SINCE THE 1ST TRY WAS NOT THE ISSUE. HAVE TRIED TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF SINCE 2016 AND STILL NOT DONE. : More
