We brought our car in for service. We only have 16,000 miles on a new car and were told we needed new tires. Overall they did great work. There is a serious issue with communication. We had to leave the car overnight and our appointment on Monday was 8:20 am. We called in the afternoon to get a status update and all we got was messages that we would get a call back. Something as simple as “when can I get my car” was left unanswered. We tried at least 3 times and always wound up on an answering machines. It was infuriating. We don’t mind waiting, but the worst thing you can do is ignore your customers’ calls. More
