I have NEVER had such an incredible experience buying a car. Right off the bat, our sales rep, Aaron Paige, was welcoming, attentive, and was doing everything in his power to make sure we had a great exper car. He was straight forward with what inventory they had in stock and stuck to my given budget while getting the best bang for my buck. When going to talk numbers, they immediately got down to what the best deal they could make was, what fees were optional, and didn't attempt to slide in sneaky fees (like Kia did to us). The sales team did everything in their power to help me get to my desired cost and monthly car payments. And even when in finance, Doug and the sales they continued to help me with the deal even when they didn't have to. Not only were we sold on the car itself, but we were sold on the customer experience that Mazda North and the team created. I have no doubt that when I go in for service it will be a top notch experience just like the buying process. And to top it all off, Beth spent a good amount of time with me showing me all the features and functions of my new car! I didn't feel rushed at all and she was even able to speak from experience because she owns the same Mazda. Makes you feel good in the product when the sales team own the cars they're selling! I will 100% recommend this dealership & Aaron in the sales department to anyone I know purchasing a car! More

I am an older person who unfortunately has no other family so this was only the second car I've ever made by myself. When I got there Christian my salesperson literally opened my door and treated me as family so this was only the second car I've ever made by myself. When I got there Christian my salesperson literally opened my door and treated me as if I was a member of his family. Everyone in that place from the business office to the finance guy to Christian for all the other guys that are hanging around there made me feel so absolutely comfortable that I cannot put it into words. I told Christian how much I want it for the car I was trading in, I told him how much I was looking for my payments to be and they just did it I don't know how I don't ask questions but they were wonderful. Unfortunately the original car that I purchased did not work out. My mechanic looked at it the day I purchased it and told me you have to go talk to these guys and see if there's anything that could be done for you. Being a used car of course there's no guarantee of anything. I called South Mazda at probably about 6:30 7:00 at night and spoke with Buck that man, without any hesitation whatsoever, said I'm going to put you over to service they're going to set it up to have a tow truck come over and get your car right now. The first words out of his mouth where are you okay. And he wasn't even one of the people that I had dealings with that morning. I got a call back from my salesperson Christian who said do you want me to send the tow truck now or do you want them to wait till tomorrow morning. I told them no I'll drive in my neighbor's going to come with me I'll drive in and bring the car in. When I got there there were three similar cars waiting for me to inspect, they were all set up for me I had nothing that I had to do except pick one. I picked the car and within about an hour I was driving out with a new car, I mean new used car. This place was my godsend and I will never forget the kindness that all these people showed me More
