Cuando pasamos al departamento de finanzas fue otra experiencia muy agradable ya que nunca fueron agresivos con la venta y no trataron de venderme productos como (garantias) que no necesitaba o que simplemente no queria, esto es algo que en los dealer que he visitado anteriormente no hacen y te pasas un rato muy desagradable. Carlos was completely professional, friendly and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase . He showed me how to use the many features that my car was equipped with. The deal was easily negotiated on line prior to going to the dealership. The only negative was the extended wait for finance (it was a cash deal) Not sure why that was!
