Lori was essential to me purchasing a vehicle over the phone. I live in North Carolina and the dealership is in Florida. Lori listened to my wants with the vehicle retrieved the vehicle made a video of th phone. I live in North Carolina and the dealership is in Florida. Lori listened to my wants with the vehicle retrieved the vehicle made a video of the vehicle explaining all options, and then set me up with the finance manager to finalize the deal. I then flew down to Florida to pick up the car. The dealership sent a car to the airport to pick me up brought me to the dealership and Lori took me out for a test drive made sure everything was OK with the car. More
