We had recently been viewing other vehicles at various dealerships and had decided on a 2023 Subaru CrossTrek with few miles that had been traded in after being purchased 2 months earlier from Sport Sunar dealerships and had decided on a 2023 Subaru CrossTrek with few miles that had been traded in after being purchased 2 months earlier from Sport Sunaru South. When we informed the dealership, Orange Buick, that we were coming to purchase the vehicle we were treated incredibly rude and flippant by the salesman so we told them to keep it and continued our search. After stopping in at Sport Subaru South and walking the lot looking at vehicles for nearly an hour with no salesperson even acknowledging we were there we decided they were not for us and left. We have both owned Mazdas previously and decided to stop in and look. We were greeted by a fantastic young lady, Alina, who listened to what we were interested in and showed us several different options available on the lot. Nothing really seemed to check all the boxes we were looking for until we noticed a 2023 Mazda CX5 that had recently been returned and was sitting on the used lot. It had almost no miles on it and had most, if not all the options we were looking for. We test drove it and were very impressed and pleased with the vehicle. Our salesperson was very informative as to the operation of the features in the vehicle and we decided to purchase it right then. Did I say we already had our financing in hand ? The other dealership was less than receptive to that, wanted us to use them, not Navy Federal Credit Union. As we were prepared and serious about purchasing a vehicle the paperwork took almost no time to complete and was finalized and signed before the care was finished being detailed for delivery. Our entire experience with Sport Mazda and its employees was first rate and we will be back very soon to look for another vehicle for our son.
