Made an appt for a simple oil change. Took over 2 hours without a car wash! They have probable 20 service reps, managers and sales people standing around but must not have the service Took over 2 hours without a car wash! They have probable 20 service reps, managers and sales people standing around but must not have the service bay properly staffed. When I finally got my car, the tire pressure light had not been reset so I had to go back in for them to do that. They spent more time making the video of what extra services I should do then they did doing what I asked them to do. I will not go back to this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else. More
