This is my second car that I have bought from Sport Mazda South Orlando and this amazing sales specialist Lori. Last year she pushed me to get a new car with a higher trim even if I came just to look around South Orlando and this amazing sales specialist Lori. Last year she pushed me to get a new car with a higher trim even if I came just to look around for a used cheap car and I’m so grateful for that I’m enjoying my car every day. This year we get another Mazda for our household! Service guys are great too. They do videos from the service center and you can feel like you’re in some luxurious dealer. The Mazda’s quality I feel everywhere - how it’s made, great leather, design, how it’s driven, costumer service, luxurious building, great service. It’s still the best deals on that kind of car, all competitors are so cheap and plastic. The finance department person as always pushed us to get some extra services and insurance as every dealer does. I wish them to have more choices in some models but I’m lucky to find what I was looking for. Highly recommend this dealer and Lori! More

I would not recommend the Sport Mazda services. I had three terrible experiences at this place. First of all I left my car there for one week and the car came back with the same problems. The last mainte three terrible experiences at this place. First of all I left my car there for one week and the car came back with the same problems. The last maintenance they spent two and half hours just to change the oil and filters. I was waiting and watching they playing until my car was there stock and waiting for someone do the service and finally my car came back dirty and with a bottle of Gatorade that wasn’t mine. I already left a review to the supervisor and nobody answered me. More

Bad Customer Service, Misinformation, I will never go back to franchise dealer. I went for alignment and they found a head gasket leak, Luis wanted to charge $145 hr when My car still had power train war back to franchise dealer. Very disappointing and horrible customer services, I will never come back to this dealer ever, the only good thing was the mechanic who fix the issues. More

Honestly, love Mazda cars have had them for over 20 years. This last one I got had some flaws and they took a really long time to fix. Thats not a problem my problem was the service i got, my specialis years. This last one I got had some flaws and they took a really long time to fix. Thats not a problem my problem was the service i got, my specialist only contacted me through text and then when i went to pick up the car he was there and didnt even say hello another person took care of me. They promised to give me the car with gas and detailed, it was half empty and dirty. Love the brand dont like the dealer so much. More
