Now because the car was at the Longwood location I came back to get the car ; Mr K my first agent was out so Mr Luis Hernandez took over from where he left off . I remembered that I needed additional insurance and I was brought in to see Mr Joe Pippins who went over my options and supersede my exceptions!! Thank you Joe!!
