Great Car Buying Experience. We were in the market for a Lexus UX300 and NX. After Lexus of Orlando wanted to charge us a 9% markup. We walked out, simply not needing to pay 9% extra to have our egos stroked or an ultra ridic VIP sticker for my bumper. Why should we pay a dealership money for selling us a car? Isn't that their job? Chip Shortage or not...see ya. After looking at the excellent ratings for the Mazda crossovers, we found our way to Sport Mazda OBT and landed in the extremely wonderful and capable hands of Mustapha Hala. We came looking for a CX30 turbo which they didn't have on the lot. Again, I was ready to walk. But Mustapha caught me "mid-walkout" and convinced us to just take the non-turbo for a spin. We did and we loved it. It is an outstanding vehicle of the price. My husband, a retired FHP trooper, was super impressed. He said, "Hon, speed or lack thereof is actually a safely factor. You need a car to move when you need it to move, not 15 seconds later." He is right of course. We had to wait a few weeks for the dealership to get the car, but Mustapha kept us informed the whole time. We were willing to wait for the Mazda quality and the "no drama" sales experience. And honestly, everyone from reception to sales to finance were super nice. Simply a lot of cool people just wanting to get customers a quality car.
