Alex was recommended by a friend who bought from him. Easy process! Alex was very upfront and extremely responsive. My local Mazda dealer’s service was subpar in my opinion. Yet, I drove 3 hours round trip, because the sales process with Alex was easy. He sent me custom videos of a few cars in the lot, since I couldn’t see them in person and provided quotes quickly. Even after the sale, Alex has been available for questions and responds quickly. Go see Alex! You won’t be disappointed! More

Stephen was really helpful, and was really patient to explain every detailed work orders for me. Since I came in only for oil change, the work orders were way much more than what I expected and the waiti explain every detailed work orders for me. Since I came in only for oil change, the work orders were way much more than what I expected and the waiting time was long. Rayaron mi auto pues lo lavaron a maquina sin mi autorización y estaba mas sucio que cuando llego gotas marcadas por todos lados.. Elchico fue sin explicarme como se usaba el producto que fui a ins autorización y estaba mas sucio que cuando llego gotas marcadas por todos lados.. Elchico fue sin explicarme como se usaba el producto que fui a instalar también cuando .me llamo a pagar me tuvo 8 min allí y el hablando por teléfono cosa que no entendi .Llame nuevamente hoy lunes el chico me dijo que ellos mas bien me habian atendido pues había llegado sin cita cosa totalmente falsa porque mi cita era a las 3.30 pm luego me dejo en espera como 5 min o mas y luego dijo ya tenemos 18 minutos en esta llamada...su tiempo es valioso y el mio? porque me deja esperando en la línea sin respuesta y ahora tengo que también llevar a pulir mi camioneta en mi único día libre.Quiero de vuelta mi dinero. Conclusión el servicio de ventas excelente pero el de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. More
