I would recommend the dealership but , a big but , and I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with othe I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with other people. I don't think she understood English. I wasn't satisfied, .I'm happy with my New Mazda cx30 but the process was long and painful. The salesperson didn't provide us with any informations, I just had to find out later about multiple issues online. Even when trying to pay my lease , no one explained to me or showed me the new app to pay . When I had my other Mazda 3 I used to pay through chase app. It was easy and convenient . No one told us that I have to pay through M.F.S. I had to find out on my own. Even when calling the dealership, finance department, no answer and I couldn't even leave a message, their voice mail was full. I hope you understand my frustration. And there is a lot more... I'm not really a survey person, but you deserve it. I bought my mazda 6 on 2016 with you guys. Since then, all team members that have been helping me are great, Stephen, Nick and now Brittany during last bought my mazda 6 on 2016 with you guys. Since then, all team members that have been helping me are great, Stephen, Nick and now Brittany during last service. 5 stars to all of them. Last visit (3-5months ago maybe) i agreed to replace several parts your mechanic recommended and i truly loved the way he was always in touch with me and recording what he was doing sending updates. Even prices might be a bit above average, is worth to pay it and receive a GREAT SERVICE. Best Regards. More

They know their cars I took the car in with a problem, they gave me a loaner to use while they fixed it. The car was ready to go when I returned from eating dinner.
