I appreciate very much your recent visit to the Sport Mazda Service Center and thank you for the kind comments. I certainly understand your feeling about the Service Drive. I made sure when we designed the new building that the desk for each Service Advisor and the Service Manager looked directly on the Service Drive, just a few feet away. Normally we do have service advisors who are actually on the drive, but it sounds like they were not there at the time you visited. I am sorry that it kept us from that other star but I promise you if they were not there it was because they were working hard temporarily, on an important issue for another customer. I want to thank you for the nice comments for Angelo Nieves, your Service Advisor, and the great job he provided you.
