We obtained the car we wanted at a reasonable price. Our experience with our salesman was a good one once we stepped inside the dealership. Before then, we were outside and no one came to greet us or anything. The sales person Wesley Muñoz was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and treated us with respect. He also has been in contact to offer his help if needed and to ensure that we were happy with the vehicle. However, when it came to the finance portion, we had to wait over 4 hours to get in to the finance office. We closed the deal with the sales manager just before 4:00pm. We went into the finance office after 8:00pm. We spent a total of seven hours at the dealership. It was painful. More
