Awesome experience I was a first time buyer and happened into Sport Subaru by chance to check out a listing a family member had told me about. Wes came to help me as I was more or less wandering around the showroom, showed me the vehicle I had come to see and showed me other options as well. The thing that made Wes stand out for me was his willingness to actually assist me with what I had come to do and not try and push me into anything. He accepted that I was still shopping around, showed me what I had come to see, made some other suggestions, and left it at that. I didn’t get the sense that he wasn’t going to let me leave until I had bought something, which is an experience I had had at other dealerships. When I finally decided to lease, Wes walked me through the whole process and made sure I was 100% cool with whatever he had me sign or do before I did it. I would highly recommend Don Mealey Sport Subaru, and Wes in particular, to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. I don’t have a whole lot of experience with buying a car, but they seem like they prioritize earning customers rather than just trying to sell. More

New car lease Had to wait for the car to arrive but once it did the turn around time was quick. Great location, great customer service Subaru wasn’t a car I was originally interested in until a good friend of mine told me wonderful things about his he has had for several years. I stopped by, Robert greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He took me to a Forester. Showed me all the features (there were a lot) then later suggested we take it for a test drive. The whole time he explained everything and made sure I saw examples. Once it was all done I explained I wanted to keep looking at other cars I had in mind but assured I would return. A week later I did! The other dealers I went to were disappointing and didn’t compare to how Robert had treated me. The others didn’t know as much about the vehicles and were very pushy. Once I returned Robert took great care of me and had the car I picked out detailed and had the two concerns I had looked and taken care of the morning I came in to do the transaction. There Jonathan took over with the finance process and made it super easy and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and the process of it all. I have had the car for a week and love it and can’t wait for all the adventures it will take me on in the future and i may not have ended up with this car if it wasn’t for Robert! More

James was both professional and relaxed. Never pressured anything and I felt like he really advocated for my best interest. When it came time for the paperwork Jonathan Frisby was efficient and thorough. And then when he called me the next day asking me to come back in cause he found a way to save me an extra $600 it showed his commitment to his customers. A fantastic experience from an amazing team.
