I didn't leave feeling taken advantage of as I did with my last car purchase (elsewhere!). I ended up with a car I love and feeling that I was dealt with fairly, which is all I really want - a fair deal! So far, Alex has been there for me with my questions about the car. I am fully expecting a continued positive experience as I engage with the service department (eventually!) and have more questions (probably!) about the Forester.
