The overall experience was so favorable that we were enticed to return to get a new Forester. In both cases we dealt with Christine Brightwell. I cannot laud her enough. Both times we had the feeling that she was strongly motivated to get us the "right" vehicle for our needs and desires and push us into anything simply because it was on the lot.. Her efforts reflected that. In the case of this new Forester, we finally ended up having to order one as none could be found in FL with the correct options. Christine kept me updated throughout the process and notified me as soon as it arrived. She's an excellent communicator. The vehicle trade in process went smoothly with a fair price offered. She made sure everything was just right with no detail being overlooked. These were the most pleasant vehicle purchasing experiences we have had. That is a reflection on both Christine and the Sport Subaru dealership. She is a great credit to the team. In addition, both times we dealt with Jon Frisby in finance to do all the legal paperwork.
