Excellent customer service I was looking to purchase my 1st car, and though thought sport subaru would be a great car dealership to start. When i walked in i was greeted by Adam I was looking to purchase my 1st car, and though thought sport subaru would be a great car dealership to start. When i walked in i was greeted by Adam Snyder who is one of the salesmen there, and he was able to help and guide me through the process of obtaining my 1st car. Orlando Soto (sales manager) was also able to help me choose which car would be more affordable for my monthly budget and Jonathan Frisby (finance manager) made the signing and final paper work quick and painless. All in all i will definitely recommend sport subaru orlando to friends and other people looking to obtain a car in the future. More

Even the parts department reopened up there computer systm after just shutting it down so i could buy my key chain for my new car. I told them to not worry about it but they insisted. Contacting Justin jokingly about wanting to trade the WRX for the Forester, he got with me and found out what it would take to get me into the Forester if I liked it that much. Justin made all the right attempts and moves to make this possible. Leaving the WRX was not a tough decision once I was able to drive the Forester home that night. Realizing that I truly wanted this truck, between Ted and Justin they made it possible and even making the move was cheaper for me after the deal was done. Leaving the WRX for the Forester was a very nice and well needed changed and would never hesitate to do business with Sport Subaru for the next lease of my dream. Thank you Justin. More

Although not part of the Subaru family my friends who own them would not consider any other car. We were warmly greeted by Andrew Kitchens who took the time to explain all the features and differences between the models. Andrew was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made us feel like valued customers...and he's got a cool beard! We were upfront in informing him that we're just looking and the car was for my son returning to the country shortly. No pressure to sell and importantly, no immediate follow-up calls or emails the next day during the week like some other dealers we visited. That was appreciated. I bought the Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited that From our first meeting of Trevor Jeffery, we were pleased with the professional feel of this dealership. I bought the Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited that I saw online. Shortly after requesting information online I was phoned by Evelina Santiago, who made an appointment for a test drive. She was pleasant and polite to us when we arrived for our test drive with Trevor. Only Trevor didn't ride along! He showed us to the car, handed us the key and turned us loose while he had our Legacy appraised for the trade in. When we returned he met us and answered our questions, showed us a few new features we had not seen on other Subarus then took us inside to negotiate a deal. I felt respected as I negotiated what I felt was the best deal for me. The entire process from the time we arrived until the final paperwork was completed took three hours, a record in my car buying experience. The salesman who worked with me was amazing, a pro who worked selling cars for a long time in South Africa before moving to the states and becoming a citizen. He has a wonderful gift for working with people that only comes with years and years of effective service. Well done Travis! Gil Amir in the Finance Department did a professional job with us.
