I though about the great experience that I had with James and I called him and we set an appointment for the next day. In the meantime I visited a Toyota dealer and a Nissan dealer in Clermont, Fl. I was not impress with the service that I was offered. The cars were not comfortable. When I went to see James, it was easy to talk to him. He was patient and he listened to me without interruptions. We found the perfect Subaru and today I drove it home gladly. I was told that had I been driving a different car my injuries would be extensive. I was saved by my Subaru and I thank James for his excellent service. More

In For Service; Out With a New Subaru We brought our 2016 Outback in for service with the intention of looking at new Outbacks. If the deal was good, we'd trade the 2016 in. First, the Service Department was prompt, helpful and courteous. Johnathan explained what was to be done and gave me an estimate of the cost. We then went to the showroom and were introduced to Martin De Saltrain. He asked the appropriate questions and showed us the kinds of cars we came to see. There was no pressure to buy any specific car or any car at all for that matter. My wife had seen an Outback she liked on the showroom floor. Martin came back with the specifics of the deal and it was very satisfactory. We were treated very well by everyone we encountered (Johnathan, Martin & Liz from Finance). Martin was a pleasure to deal with. He had a good sense of humor, did not rush us, got the information we requested, explained the new car in detail and got us out in about 4 hours. We are very pleased with our entire experience at Sport Subaru. Martin is now our go-to guy for new cars. We will share our experience with anyone who asks about our car, where we bought it or who we dealt with. She showed us the subaru crosstrack, and when I drove that car it made me change my perspective. I love the feel of a subaru.
