He made the test drive fun and enjoyable too, a little off road test drive made my Sister's day, other dealers want you to drive a block and bring their vehicles back. Jay was a pleasure to work with so I didn't hesitate to return with my husband a few hours later, he showed the same courtesy and patience all over again. I felt bad since that caused him to stay late to make sure we were taken care of.
