My experience was GREAT! Since I called the dealership Mari answered and scheduled me an appointment. Then I walked in and was greeted by Jonathan. I was a bit aggressive at first because I’m used to the sales reps being sharks. But Jonathan was very very patient with me and his service was exceptional. This dealership focuses on the service to their clients and I really loved that. There was also no dealer fees which was impressive. And they even offered me snacks and water. The car price was also fair. I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you Jonathan for helping me buy my 2022 BRZ. More

Disappointed by the lack of customer service by the the manager of this establishment. I purchased the parts online and the website assured me that the brake calipers fit my Subaru Legacy vehicle. When I c manager of this establishment. I purchased the parts online and the website assured me that the brake calipers fit my Subaru Legacy vehicle. When I came back to the Don Mealy Sport Subaru I was greeted by a rude manager that told me that they don’t do returns. The parts were not used and still in original box. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. I even took my car for service here in the past. I learned an important lesson today. I am never buying part online from this place and I am never doing business with Don Mealey Sports Subaru on West Colonial. More

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I started off inquiring about a WRX STI online and the online sales rep Josue was very helpful. Gave me my out the door price and I reserved the car that was incoming to the dealer. Robert Duran took over and reached out to me immediately and kept me updated on the time frame my car was coming in. He also answered all my questions quickly and when the car came in he sent me pictures of it. This has been the best car buying experience so far and I look forward to working with them in the future or sending people their way. Thanks again for the easy car buying experience. More
