In october 2023 we were in need of a vehicle because our current one at the time had minor issues, we chose to come here because of the good ratings. We were talked into getting a lease by a salesman named current one at the time had minor issues, we chose to come here because of the good ratings. We were talked into getting a lease by a salesman named (magnus? Agnus? Something like that), and went with it because we needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work. But we were told the only way we could get the lease was if we have our current vehicle voluntarily repossessed, we were told it wouldnt hurt us. We were DUMB. We got locked into an expensive lease that took all of our money for the 3 years we had it, and our credit is still hurting. we finally just got rid of it. We felt so limited on miles. The car had its own mechanical issues. We went to get it inspected and they passed inspection without verifying current registration, so im sure they didnt really inspect it. Repairs and maintenance cost us even though we were told it was free maintenance. Dont let this place trap you in something thats going to hurt you in the long run. We are so happy to get out of that car but our credit is still effected by the voluntary repo they talked us into. But we're not limited on where we go anymore and have more freedom. Dont fall for anything that sounds shady here, because if it doesnt sound right..it probably isnt right. This dealership couldnt even get the right information on our vehicle paperwork it was all mismatched from the beginning. More

When we arrived the temperature was over 100 degrees outside and asked Gene if we could work on finding what cars fit in our budget before test driving anything. He was nothing but professional even in the sweltwring heat. We worked out the numbers but had to leave for dinner reservations so we booked an appointment for the next day. When we arrived the next morning the car was there ready for us to test drive. The car was perfect because we knew we could afford it. Gene was not pushy at all and because of that we decided to buy. Gene sent the car to get detailed and we proceeded on to meet with Rick to complete all the paperwork. Rick was equally professional and friendly. We are now the proud owners of a 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz!! Looking forward to traveling all of the roads ahead in a safe, reliable, super cool chariot!! Thank you to Gene, Rick and the Sprieldfield Hyundai team for a great car buying experience. More
