This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My vehicle has been at this shop for over a week, and the lack of communication has been completely unacceptable. I have had to repeatedly call just to get updates, and even then I was given inconsistent and inaccurate information about the status of my vehicle. Instead of being honest and transparent, I received conflicting answers that only added to my frustration. If there were delays, I would have appreciated clear communication rather than being told incorrect information. Customers deserve accurate updates and honesty, especially when their vehicle is in your care. I understand that repairs can take time, but there is no excuse for poor communication and misinformation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I hope they improve their customer service and communication so future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve. More
